Presence Power & Peace - Bringing Your True Self to Life April 19 - 27, 2024

    Situated on the enchanting Playa Grande beach in Punta Uva on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica, Nemetona Sacred Space offers a serene retreat in Puerto Viejo, Limon.
    The journey to this hidden gem unfolds along a breathtaking trail bordered by ancient trees,
    ​leading you to the tranquility of Playa Grande.
    This is a boutique retreat with beautifully designed and elegantly fitted glamping accommodations.
    Included in the Retreat are Accommodations, dinner on the 19th, 3 meals a day all other days except our day of departure which will include breakfast/brunch. And a day of waterfalls on the 26th. Please feel free to add any special dietary needs or requests in the comment section. The food will be prepared onsite and I have requested vegan and/or vegetarian meals but if you prefer a different type of menu please let me know.

    This is not a work shop, it is a Retreat like none other.
    We will come together each day for meditation, movement breathwork. We will then share breakfast together.
    The days will flow synchronistically to fulfill everyOne Present.
    We will end each day coming together for dinner.
     
    Every day a different practice and play which will include: Breathwork – Breath Empowerment & exploration of Breath
    Meditation (sitting, lying, standing, walking) Living & Being
    Movement - Dance, QiGong, Somatic Sensation & Integration

    -Sound – the Music of Nature & Nature of OurSelves
    -Silence – “Outside” & Within OurSelves
    -Sound within Silence & Silence within Sound.

    Then settle in for a restful evening and a good nights sleep

    Flexibility & Spontaneity for whatever is being called to come to life. Essentially Life is Improv

    10am - 1pm Meditation Movement or Breathwork
    1pm - 2pm Lunch
    2pm - 5pm Meditation Movement or Breathwork
    5pm - 6pm Free Time
    6pm - 7pm Dinner
    7pm Free Time

    2pm - 6pm Continue Day of Waterfalls with Closing Ceremony

    A non refundable deposit of $111.00 is included in the price to hold your space with registration.
    $2222.00 if paid after March 15th.
    Must be paid in full 30 days in advance.

    • Airport is San Jose' in Costa Rica (from Florida suggested airport is Orlando)
    • From San Jose' you have these 3 options to get to Puerto Viejo, Limon.
    • Option 1 From San Jose' is a short shuttle flight to Puerto Viejo, Limon - Sansa Airlines $214.00 - $280.00 RT
    • Option 2 Scenic 5 hours shuttle bus. (est. $55.00 each way)
