It was the most beautiful, amazing day at the beach today! The weather is perfect and they are calling for the same throughout the entire week. We are so blessed! I am grateful, as always, for Bill Bowers and Anna Champagne, as well as my new friend Debra, who works with organic hair products and I was looking for someone, so Imagine That! Life answers when you ask.... Also, Leslie from Canada came back, then we had a lovely couple from Scotland and hopefully they'll be sending me some photos from this morning so we can post them here... Regardless, I am grateful as ever as I sit here typing into my computer and watching the wind gently blow the trees outside my window. I truly live in Heaven! Just to clarify, I live in Heaven no matter where I am but it sure doesn't hurt, when I'm here in Paradise listening to the church bells in the distance. Something about church bells, causes me to pause and take a big sigh as if I'm breathing in the sounds... Loving Life!!! Thank you ALL!!! ♥

Today, I am grateful again for so many things. For one, the day has been so full I am just now able to post what I am grateful for. Always, the sun, sea, sand, seagulls.... I got to the beach early and had a few quiet moments with just me and my veils, at one point a lone seagull simply waited nearby even though I had no food meditating with me before the dance. Bill and Anna joined me, Jake showed up, and Laura and her daughter joined us, not to mention the multitude of people dancing with us from a distance. Afterwards, we shared breakfast with Edward Cosla and Jenna DeLorey at Station 400 and had a wonderful leisurely breakfast, then we went back to our new office and Normen Schindowski and I hung pictures and did some more organizing. It is coming together quite nicely.... Then I was blessed because my dear friend Denise Medved is in town teaching Ageless Grace we had dinner at Eat Here for the first time with Denise and Cynthia Craig. It was a lovely day full of Grace and dear dear friends. I am blessed and grateful beyond belief.... ♥ Sweet dreams ALL
Kelly Atkins posted this before and I thought it would be perfect to share here... Snoopy & I have the same director :) I'll be on the beach in the morning... :) Today was a beautiful dance. Just Bill, myself, and Jake who we met yesterday. Plus the usual amazing "parts" of our AMAZING beach. The seagulls, the sea, the sand and LOTS of passersby who enjoy the veils from a distance. It was the hardest day for me to "get up" and go out to dance. :) I know, quit complaining... I am grateful I am doing this dance, for where I live, the beach, my Beloved and my amazing friends and family. No pictures from today but I will post some tomorrow with the pictures from yesterday... Oh, and I forgot, we finally have a "working" office as we put together desks and computers and printers, etc.... until early this morning.
Today I'm off to Sarasota Naturally, a wonderful event I highly recommend. Normen Schindowski will be playing didg there and many other wonderful people and "goings on". I am blessed beyond belief and am grateful for LIFE.... So, thanks Bill for posting more pictures on my timeline and I am grateful for you and the pictures. It is a beautiful day here in Sarasota and becoming more beautiful each moment. I am grateful that my Sweetheart came to the beach and danced with us this morning and we had a wonderful breakfast together sitting outside in partial sun on the way home. I am grateful for Bill, and for Leslie and for Anna who came to dance with us. I am also grateful for the people who came up to us and shared a brief dance with us and the veils, braving "through" their inhibitions. To the beauty of Siesta Beach, always the sea, sand, seagulls, butterflies, list way to long to add to this page. I am grateful for my clients all over the world and the fact I get to facilitate this work and connect with so many beautiful people around the world, so I guess I also want to say I am grateful for Facebook and the ability to add these events and do these posts. I am grateful for the church bells that chime at just the right "time" and cause me to pause for a moment to take them in. I am grateful for my dear friends all around the world, my family and the fact my dear friend Denise Medved is in town and we will have the chance to get together this weekend. So much more.....thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I will add picture later. :) ♥ Off to dance in the cold.... Grateful I can... Sending love to those places where people are struggling and don't feel they can at the moment and wishing them well being and Grace...
Gratitude Dance for 40 days is giving me a HUGE opportunity to expand my consciousness and SLOW down to appreciate my Life during one of the busiest times I can remember and with all aspects of my Life in transition. :) Thank you God for this wonderful opportunity. Otherwise, I may have missed the sunlight coming through fur pines and the butterfly who kept coming back to remind me, I'm here, I'm here, do you see me, I'm here.... Not to mention Siesta Beach, the sun, the sea, the seagulls and salt air. My friend Bill who continues to show up, Roxie who said can I take a picture and then took one of herself (hopefully I'll have them for you later but regardless I am grateful) and 1 yr old Kendall in awe of seagulls flying and silk veils in the wind. Hafiz for today coming up soon. What are you grateful for today.... :) Later in the day --- I am grateful I am cold as crazy at that sounds... I was just leaning against Whole Foods Wall in the sun because we've been interviewing people all day since 1pm in the shade outside and I'm freezing. For years I went through a kundalini awakening and had so much internal heat I thought I was going to spontaneously combust. (you can read about kundalini on this website plus I have shared a brief bit of my own experience here, see Phoenix Rising page.) Suddenly I began laughing because I realized I was happy I can say I'm cold. ..... :-) Gratitude oozes.... Bliss at Siesta Beach Wow, Day 2 has been excessively full, so I guess I'll say I'm grateful for so much "to do" there is no time for boredom. So much so I am still at the office, which btw, is another "thing" I am grateful for. I am grateful I made it to the beach on time this morning and that it wasn't pouring rain. Plus I am grateful that yesterday helped me prepare for today so I wasn't freezing those moments when the sun was overshadowed by clouds. I am grateful for Bill Bowers, who not only showed up to dance with me and help energize the dance but also, made me laugh as usual and took some great pictures so I could post them here for all of you and on my website. I am grateful for this event and for all of you Beautiful Amazing People who are joining me whether in person or in Spirit. I am grateful I was "on time" for my appointments, even with traffic and coming from the beach. Oh, how could I forget? I am grateful for this exercise in gratitude because I realized today I haven't been to the beach in awhile and it's the most amazing, spectacular beach (#1 in the country). I am grateful, for my Sweetheart who kindly made me breakfast to allow me to be "on time" for my first appointment of the day and am grateful for more things I am sure will come to mind when I reach a quiet moment at the close of this day. I will post Hafiz message separately when I get home because I cannot think of better energy to lift all our grateful, swiveling, quivering body parts and cells and carry this wave of gratitude around the world. Oh, and I am grateful OBama won the election and simply praying he actually fulfills his promises this time around... :) Kathy & I heading to the beach in the rain Okay, so today was day #1 and I began by going to Nia withKathy Oravec. It was an interesting beginning that gave me the gift of seeing how I need to prepare for "any" event and simply go with the flow, so now I'm putting together a checklist of what I "might" need since we had a thunderstorm right during my time of dance. What am I grateful for so far? I got up early and went to the polls to cast my vote, I sat in the rain with some dear familiar friends and a new friend who kindly loaned me her hat and loaned Kathy her umbrella when she finally decided it was time to go. I am grateful for the cleansing rain, the sand on my feet, albeit wet & cold..., the surf of Siesta Key... That Sandy found her keys and wasn't locked out of her vacation home after all... So much more... For now, I am back "at work" and am grateful for the ability to do the work, as well as each person who presents themselves to me for their own healing as well as my own. Have a beautiful, grateful day ALL.. Always, In Love & Gratitude, I AM |

Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview. GRATITUDE DANCE Every morning 9 am starting 11.06.2012 till 12.16.2012 Siesta Key Public Beach near the green Life Guard Stand Many of you know I am a person who is doing my best to "listen" to guidance and then "do as I'm told". So this is another one of those Divine Directives.
Beginning tomorrow, I will dance in Gratitude for 40 days in a row at Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, Florida. (Yes, I see the irony, it is election day in the U.S.) This is an invitation to join me. You can join in for the whole 40 days, or simply show up whenever you're inspired to do so. Tomorrow I will begin by joining in Kathy's Nia class at 9am, so feel free to join me. After tomorrow I will dance every morning at 9am (which those who know me well, know this is a major feat in itself) lol... If you're somewhere else in the world, feel free to do your own "Dance of Gratitude" and use this page as a place to share. I will post daily a message from Hafiz and will also add whatever else I'm inspired to share. For a daily blog look to my new website www.bodytalkandbeyond.com and certainly feel free to share your own experiences. The intention is to share "what are you grateful for?" each and every day. Why 40 days? Because, it is a magical number for encouraging change and solidifying commitment, thus forming a new habit. My intention is to create a wave of Gratitude around the world that shifts us into a new way of Being. A grateful way of being where we notice what is Right in our world and create more of that! Not right from the judgmental, fearful perspective of the past but Right from the Divine Inner aspect of the Soul that knows only Light, Love & wellBeing. So, will you join me? Regardless, I will dance as a light to open the hearts of mankind to Kindness, Love, Beauty, Grace and All that nurtures, supports and connects. I dance for myself, because I can do nothing else and I dance for those who feel they can't, until they know they can and return to the simple pleasures of Joy and Living and Dancing with the Earth and with each other, with all of Life..... I would be remiss if I didn't mention my friend Ann Paquin, as she did this 2 years ago in Sarasota and lit the way for me to do the same. So, thank you Ann!!!! Your beautiful Presence is a Light & Inspiration to my world and the world in general! Thank you! Thank you! Thank You! Let's Dance!!!! ArchivesCategories |
