DAILY CHECK-IN MEDITATION

Here is the Daily Check-in & Meditation...
60 seconds each for a total of 6 - 7 minutes at least once a day. (I added the senses) More as needed…
physical body - what do you need right now?
emotional body - what do you need right now?
mental body - what do you need right now?
spirit body - what do you need right now?
soul body - what do you need right now?
senses – what do you need right now?
physical, emotional, mental, spirit, soul & sense bodies what do you need and how can you integrate those needs right now?
Simply breathe and allow the process to reveal itself to you.
The other things that will help are using your phone as a timer for each 60 second cycle, (I set it for 1 minute and 4 seconds) & also to use your phone (with siri) to dictate notes for ideas that come to you. That will allow your mind to detach and let go rather than clinging to something that’s past.
Please be gentle with yourself. The old way of forcing or powering through will no longer work. It’s time to get to know a gentler version toward yourself.
