    It doesn't matter how long you've been exploring yourself and the world of energy and metaphysics. Simply come with a beginners mind and an open heart and the possibilities are endless. 
    There is no formal format.

    It is an impromptu offering to allow Grace to Present itself
    as we are Present to Ourselves and One "another".

    Everyone is unique and has different needs and abilities
    from moment to moment.
    Dare I say, with every breath we take?

    Would you like to explore how to listen deeper, hear more clearly and move from that deeper listening space? Would you like to feel more self assured in the actions you bring to life and the way you respond to the world? Would you like to breathe more freely and fully in a relaxed state of mind and being?

    The world around us appears to be in a state of chaos and yet you can find
    that inner Peace that is always Present and available to You. You can discover that playfulness of the Divine Child within and the wisdom
    of the Divine Guide within and discern which is "speaking".

    We will come together and I will facilitate the needs of the group as they arise.

    This is a fully integrative class and session and you get to participate as much as you choose to do so. I trust the process will open each of us to greater potential, possibilities, opportunities and clarity.

    Now more than any other time in history we are being called to change.
