Today is Friday so I will say yesterday, Thanksgiving Day was WONDERFUL.  It was a beautiful day at the beach, as usual, but I had Normen Schindowski, Bill Bowers and a new friend Jay join me.  It was a great deal of fun and I can't think of a better way to begin the day of Thanksgiving than dancing gratitude.  We were supposed to go to Busch Gardens but as it turned out we all felt like we needed a "quieter day", so we said adieu after an hour and a half and went our separate ways.  Normen and I had a quiet day with Suki, Marc Schindowski"s Alaskan Spitz, and went to see The Life of Pi in 3D.  Wonderful movie......  I connected with my sisters after 3 long weeks... I took the day "off" from computer, etc... which is why this is coming a day late, sorry all.  I truly AM grateful for all of you, for the beautiful day and for the fact I took the day off... yeah....  

Today was an interesting day of Gratitude Dancing.  It was just Bill and I and we decided no music and stillness as our dance for the first half, then played Gregg Braden/Jonathan Goldmans Divine Name CD and danced to that.  Interesting enough as we turned this music on, suddenly the beach came alive with people coming out for the "day after" at the beach.  Many people took our pictures from afar but didn't approach us, Tom asked permission and I said, yes of course and only asked he send me the pictures.  (This is what I say to everyone but so far, no-one has come through with their promise to send them to me).  Oh well, c'est le vie....  At least we bring a little color and levity into their lives and our own...  What am I grateful for today?  That I "took off" yesterday and am greatly refreshed after a day of low energy.  That I saw the movie Life of Pi (awesome movie)....  That today I feel much renewed, I am getting "caught up" here and the office is coming together nicely.  We just bought office chairs today for Black Friday sales and got them for 1/3 of the price.  That's always good...  I am grateful for Normen always, for great friends and family, for Life in general, for everything...

Today was another beautiful day at the beach. It began cloudy grey as it has the last few days and the sun slowly made it's appearance brilliantly known. It was just Bill & I for awhile with many passersby and then Rose came by for a brief "sail in the wind". It was such a lovely day I totally forgot about time and obligations and didn't leave until 1030am. Plus I totally spaced on Kathy Oravec's Nia class and Bill & I danced Gratitude Dance at a separate spot than Kathy's class so we all spread "thanksgivings" (pun intended) through the wind and sand of Siesta Key... I have so much to be grateful for, no words for now, except, thank you..... :) I'm a bit behind on my picture posting, Mercury has had the appearance of affecting more than usual but c'est le vie.... pictures will come... Today was another AMAZING day at Siesta Key Beach for Gratitude Dancing. It was cool and the sun was shining. My new friend Debra Pettinato-Ross came and Phil came to introduce himself and ask about what we are doing. Later a woman asked to dance with us who's name was Debbie and when she discovered we were too, that made 3 Debbies and the synchronicities kept coming... When we were ready to go a woman came with her 3 daughters and we stayed late so they could dance with us. Her name was Debbie too, so that made 4 and again the synchronicities continued. Needless to say, it was a magical day. Yes, pictures are coming but for now wanted to say, like Phil, I am grateful for everything..... As usual it was a heavenly day at the beach.... the morning was cloudy & grey and as we walked & danced the sun came slowly and brilliantly out. My sweetheart, Normen Schindowski, came with me which always makes me happy and Bill came as well.... Wonderful dancing just the 3 of us and many passersby enjoying the beauty of the veils and our craziness. At one point, Billy Joel's lyrics were our inspiration, "you may be right, I may be crazy"... After Bill Bowers, Normen & I went for a great breakfast at the Sun Cafe in Siesta Village, visited the Famers Market there and then we had the pleasure of seeing Bill's new abode, while I sat in his new copper pyramid and vibrated to tuning forks. Beautiful Day and I am grateful for it all.... Thank you, thank you, thank you...

Today was another beautiful day at Siesta Beach, as if there is any other kind... :) It began as a cool grey day again and as I pulled into the parking space the sun came out of the clouds and lit up the sky with it's warmth. It was beautiful. Bill Bowerscame to dance with me again and it was just the 2 of us , another huge Yoga class and a multitude of people who didn't dance but did take lots of pictures of us. Sorry to say I can't post them because they were all passersby who enjoyed the beauty of our veils even though they didn't dance for themselves. There was one family in particular and the little girl so wanted to dance but mommy & daddy didn't for some reason. So Bill & I danced for ourSelves and them.... When the hour was over I went into the water (only above the knees) but it was fabulous... The rest of the day I shared with my Sweetheart and we stayed home and cleaned out some more boxes. We're slowly getting more and more organized. (I didn't open the computer or make a phone call all day long and it was lovely....) Now I am at the station, wslr, for Give Peace a Dance and enjoying great music while "catching up" with everyone. Today it was a cool, misty, grey day on Siesta Beach. Another truly mystical day and I am truly GRATEFUL. My Sweetheart Normen came and for awhile it was just the 2 of us and a really big Yoga group next to us. Then Debra Pettinato-Rossand Anna Champagne joined us and we continued our wonderful dance of Gratitude. We were also visited by at least 4 dolphins! Awesome, thank you, thank you thank you. I am grateful for the beauty of the day, the beach, the dolphins, my wonderful friends and Love and Thore Schindowski andMartina Emiris for giving me the red vest which kept me warm. Every time I wear it I think of them and am reminded of our trip to Germany. Always, In Love & Gratitude, I AM

It was a mystical day at the beach today, the sun didn't come out while we danced and we all felt we simply wanted to be with the sounds of the silence all around us, so we danced to nature, and the accompaniment of generous conversation... :-) it was a beautiful morning. I saw some women doing Tai Chi and overheard one of them say, God is peeking through when a cloud shifted slightly. I thought how odd, they don't see God in the mist? Annie Melendy Moore came and danced with us for awhile and it was lovely meeting a new friend. Then I metNormen Schindowski and the office and are new toilets were in... - They sure flush well... lol - Thanks to Jeff for installing them for us so quickly. Normen won a bee brush at the Bee Meeting and yes, there is such a thing...

Wow! What a full day today was as you can tell because I am just now able to post.... Bill, Anna, Debra, Leslie & Denise came. Sadly, we said goodbye to Leslie as this was the last day she would be with us, until April, she said ... The weather was beautiful and we even were blessed by dolphins, which always turns me into a little kid :), after dancing Debra did a fabulous job on my hair using all organic products... I was looking for someone and she was an answer to a prayer. We went toRachel Toomim's open house at Mindspa and it was fun experiencing some of the technology in their "playroom" (my words). Played with color and a chi chair, what fun... Then we had our first Family Constellations Study Group at our Center and it was wonderful... All in all, a very full, wonderfully glorious day... I am grateful for all of this and more... Thank you, thank you, thank you...

Today my Gratitude Dance was in Kathy Oravec's Nia class and it was awesome! Debra and Leslie came too, it was a great deal of fun. Some dolphins even made an appearance... Then I was off to meet my dear friend Denise Medved as she was on her way home by way of the airport. It was wonderful to see her again before she departs plus I got to show her our new office. Denise, is not only and Ageless Grace Founder/Creator but also Nia and I am blessed because part of her bag of tricks also includes Feng Shui and she was able to share her wisdom with me to give me a few tips to make our space even more beautiful and welcoming. I am grateful for my circle of friends, both longstanding and new and grateful for Divine Timing as it feels life is showing me this gift more and more each day. Oh, and also I get to co-facilitate the New Moon session tonight and we're probably going to do it in our new Center. What fun!!!! Love is AMAZING!!! What are you grateful for?
