Today is Friday so I will say yesterday, Thanksgiving Day was WONDERFUL. It was a beautiful day at the beach, as usual, but I had Normen Schindowski, Bill Bowers and a new friend Jay join me. It was a great deal of fun and I can't think of a better way to begin the day of Thanksgiving than dancing gratitude. We were supposed to go to Busch Gardens but as it turned out we all felt like we needed a "quieter day", so we said adieu after an hour and a half and went our separate ways. Normen and I had a quiet day with Suki, Marc Schindowski"s Alaskan Spitz, and went to see The Life of Pi in 3D. Wonderful movie...... I connected with my sisters after 3 long weeks... I took the day "off" from computer, etc... which is why this is coming a day late, sorry all. I truly AM grateful for all of you, for the beautiful day and for the fact I took the day off... yeah....
Today was an interesting day of Gratitude Dancing. It was just Bill and I and we decided no music and stillness as our dance for the first half, then played Gregg Braden/Jonathan Goldmans Divine Name CD and danced to that. Interesting enough as we turned this music on, suddenly the beach came alive with people coming out for the "day after" at the beach. Many people took our pictures from afar but didn't approach us, Tom asked permission and I said, yes of course and only asked he send me the pictures. (This is what I say to everyone but so far, no-one has come through with their promise to send them to me). Oh well, c'est le vie.... At least we bring a little color and levity into their lives and our own... What am I grateful for today? That I "took off" yesterday and am greatly refreshed after a day of low energy. That I saw the movie Life of Pi (awesome movie).... That today I feel much renewed, I am getting "caught up" here and the office is coming together nicely. We just bought office chairs today for Black Friday sales and got them for 1/3 of the price. That's always good... I am grateful for Normen always, for great friends and family, for Life in general, for everything...
