Bliss at Siesta Beach Wow, Day 2 has been excessively full, so I guess I'll say I'm grateful for so much "to do" there is no time for boredom. So much so I am still at the office, which btw, is another "thing" I am grateful for. I am grateful I made it to the beach on time this morning and that it wasn't pouring rain. Plus I am grateful that yesterday helped me prepare for today so I wasn't freezing those moments when the sun was overshadowed by clouds. I am grateful for Bill Bowers, who not only showed up to dance with me and help energize the dance but also, made me laugh as usual and took some great pictures so I could post them here for all of you and on my website. I am grateful for this event and for all of you Beautiful Amazing People who are joining me whether in person or in Spirit. I am grateful I was "on time" for my appointments, even with traffic and coming from the beach. Oh, how could I forget? I am grateful for this exercise in gratitude because I realized today I haven't been to the beach in awhile and it's the most amazing, spectacular beach (#1 in the country). I am grateful, for my Sweetheart who kindly made me breakfast to allow me to be "on time" for my first appointment of the day and am grateful for more things I am sure will come to mind when I reach a quiet moment at the close of this day. I will post Hafiz message separately when I get home because I cannot think of better energy to lift all our grateful, swiveling, quivering body parts and cells and carry this wave of gratitude around the world. Oh, and I am grateful OBama won the election and simply praying he actually fulfills his promises this time around... :)

Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview. GRATITUDE DANCE Every morning 9 am starting 11.06.2012 till 12.16.2012 Siesta Key Public Beach near the green Life Guard Stand Many of you know I am a person who is doing my best to "listen" to guidance and then "do as I'm told". So this is another one of those Divine Directives.
Beginning tomorrow, I will dance in Gratitude for 40 days in a row at Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, Florida. (Yes, I see the irony, it is election day in the U.S.) This is an invitation to join me. You can join in for the whole 40 days, or simply show up whenever you're inspired to do so. Tomorrow I will begin by joining in Kathy's Nia class at 9am, so feel free to join me. After tomorrow I will dance every morning at 9am (which those who know me well, know this is a major feat in itself) lol... If you're somewhere else in the world, feel free to do your own "Dance of Gratitude" and use this page as a place to share. I will post daily a message from Hafiz and will also add whatever else I'm inspired to share. For a daily blog look to my new website www.bodytalkandbeyond.com and certainly feel free to share your own experiences. The intention is to share "what are you grateful for?" each and every day. Why 40 days? Because, it is a magical number for encouraging change and solidifying commitment, thus forming a new habit. My intention is to create a wave of Gratitude around the world that shifts us into a new way of Being. A grateful way of being where we notice what is Right in our world and create more of that! Not right from the judgmental, fearful perspective of the past but Right from the Divine Inner aspect of the Soul that knows only Light, Love & wellBeing. So, will you join me? Regardless, I will dance as a light to open the hearts of mankind to Kindness, Love, Beauty, Grace and All that nurtures, supports and connects. I dance for myself, because I can do nothing else and I dance for those who feel they can't, until they know they can and return to the simple pleasures of Joy and Living and Dancing with the Earth and with each other, with all of Life..... I would be remiss if I didn't mention my friend Ann Paquin, as she did this 2 years ago in Sarasota and lit the way for me to do the same. So, thank you Ann!!!! Your beautiful Presence is a Light & Inspiration to my world and the world in general! Thank you! Thank you! Thank You! Let's Dance!!!! ArchivesCategories |
